The Effect of Interpersonal Justice and Non-Physical Work Environment on Workplace Deviance with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation variable in Universitas Negeri Padang Employees

Abstract
This study tries to analyze the effect of interpersonal justice and non-physical work environment on workplace deviance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in Universitas Negeri Padang employees. The population of this study’s all UNP employees with PNS status, total sample is 195 respondents. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis. The results of the study show that interpersonal justice and non-physical environment have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Then, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on workplace deviance behavior, interpersonal justice has a significant negative effect on the workplace deviance behavior, but the non-physical work environment has a negative insignificant influence on workplace deviance behavior. Furthermore, job satisfaction is a mediator of interpersonal justice and non-physical work environment towards workplace deviance significantly.
