Abstract


Graduates of vocational high school students of business and management in Pariaman  and Padang Pariaman mostly not ready to work. Most of them are unemployed and some continuing education to college. This study aimed to determine whether or not the influence of career guidance, self efficacy and motivation to enter the work of world to the job readiness of students business and management in Pariaman and Padang Pariaman. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling, in order to obtain a sample of 184 students. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using a program Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the career guidance significant and positive impact on self efficacy. Career guidance significant and positive impact on the motivation to enter the work of world. Self efficacy significant and positive impact on the motivation to enter the work of world. Career guidance significant and positive impact on job readiness. Self efficacy significant and positive impact on job readiness. Motivation to enter the work of world significant and positive impact on job readiness.
