Abstract


This research aims to conduct a fundamental study of the factors that affect the dividend policy of the company, especially manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The sample of this study consists of 21 companies manufacturing listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements contained directory of Indonesia Stock Exchange in the book Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The statistical method used to test the research hypothesis is multiple linear regression and using SWOT analysis. From the results of hypothesis testing by using multiple regression analysis with six independent variables Debt to Total Assets, Cash Ratio, Firm Size, Return On Assets, and Growth, and one dependent variable Dividend Payout Ratio at companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2014 it can be concluded that the Debt to Total Assets (DTA), Firm Size, and Return on Assests (ROA) have an effect simultaneously or partially to the Dividend Payout Ratio on manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2011-2014.
