The economic development of Jambi Province has greatly improved after the implementation of regional autonomy reflected by the economic growth of Jambi Province which settled above the national average of economic growth and becoming the highest in Sumatra. This research aimed to produce a tactical model to identification and analysis export commodity that competitive, identification and analysis influenced factor export commodity development that competitive, identification and analysis development strategy and prospective of export commodity, formulate of  development strategy for export commodity in Jambi Province.  This research used descriptive quantitative method equipped with observation. The analysis models used are Time Series Analysis, Index Instabilitas Models, RCA Model, Simultaneous Model and SWOT Quantitative. This analysis concluded, the first CPO commodity and rubber is two commodities excellence export commodity in Jambi Province. The second, labor productivity factor, investment, managerial ability and production techniques as internal faktor and material raw support, land transport infrastructure supply, banking credit, partnership with exporter, power support and port as external factor influenced through export commodity development. The third, formal education, work experince, training and salary as influence factor through labor productivity. As for influence to material raw support in export commodity is cooperation factor with retailer, real estate owner and partnership with farmer. The fourth, export price, competitor export price, exchange rates, national income and investment have influence to export commodity oriented to demand. The fifth, it can be influence by total production, exchange rates and total export demand.The sixth, export commodity development as excellence agroindustry commodity has positive effect and real through improvement of labour implementation.
