Abstract


The aim ofthis studywastodetermine theinfluenceof organization involvement andlearningstyletoward students' academicachievementattheFacultyofEconomics, Padang State University. This study isdescriptive associative. The populationwas the activestudentsin organization in theperiod 2015/2016 attheFacultyofEconomics, Padang State University which consists of250 students. To determinethesamplesize, the Slovin formulawas used. The sample was taken by using probabilitysamplingtechnique. The sample was the studentswhoactive in theorganizationactivities attheFacultyofEconomics, Padang State University about 154 students. Techniqueof data collection was questionnairemethodanddocumentation.Techniqueof data analysiswasdescriptiveandinferentialanalysis. The resultofthe study proved that there is a significantrelationshipofvariableassociationandlearningstylestoward thestudents' academicachievement.Keywords: organizationinvolvement, learning style, students’ achievement
