This research aim is showing the influence of learning properly, self confidence, learning facilities, and achievement for the interest in to be a teacher on the social students of senior high school in Kota Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.  The research type is descriptive and associative research. The population in this research is 216 students. To determine the sample is using random sampling technique and got a total sample that is 140 students. The questionnaire is shared then doing some test to verify a validity and reliability. Analysis data that used is path analysis and hypothesis test, t test. The conclusion showing is learning properly, self confidence, learning facilities, and achievement variable have a positive impact and significant for the interest in to be a teacher.
